Having a great experience with Dr. K. He’s thoughtful and thorough and has helped me achieve a major health goal in only a few months. I mainly came to get some functional medicine support, and he started with a solid set of diagnostics and a solid patient onboarding process. His clinic has lots of bio-hacking equipment too. Good access to things like PEMF, RedLight and a bunch of other services. Check him out.

Upgrade Medical is the real deal. Chris actually listens, takes his time, and builds a plan that feels tailored instead of rushed. The place has all kinds of recovery and wellness tools, from red light to hyperbaric oxygen, and it really makes a difference. As a lifelong fitness enthusiast/athlete, and a 48yr old whom works in the industry as a group fitness instructor in multiple formats, my body is constantly battered and broken. I was looking for recovery alternatives besides my own heating pad/ice packs, and didn’t want to take more Rx meds than I already was. Upgrade Medical, and Chris, or Dr.K, as some call him, owns and operates a facility that’s provide a variety of recovery style equipment and medical gadgets that have played a big role in my chronic pain management, as well as my daily aches and pains as an athlete, allowing me to recovery quicker and just feel better in both mind and body, to allow me to continue pushing forward, at age 48, in my career in fitness. My current “routine” at Upgrade 3x a week, consists of red light therapy, PEMF, compression therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, nitrogen therapy, along with cupping treatments coupled w/targeted Cryotherapy. I know it may sound like a lot, and it is, but when your body is your tool, I’m willing to put in the time to allow my body to continue to do what I am so passionate about…fitness! Sidenote- ALL of these treatments/therapies,(and more!), are included in my monthly membership! If you are looking for the most bang for your buck, and are willing to commit the time to “keep in the game” as an aging athlete, the monthly memberships are the way to go.

Absolutely Amazing!!! I promise that is not a hyperbole. About a week ago, I was circling the drain as I had overtrained in the gym on leg day. My entire body was cramping and starting to lock up to the point that any movement at all was painful or caused more cramps. Dr. Chris and Upgrade Medical was a literal godsend; saved my life and a for certain trip to the ER. As a former collegiate athlete, the services and treatment offered at Upgrade Medical is EVERYTHING I’ve missed since playing ball. To be able to access the same or similar recovery treatments has opened up the possibilities for me to be more engaged in my athletic endeavors. Previously I would train and then end up taking 2-4 weeks off to allow my body to recover; with Dr. Chris and Upgrade Medical I’m preparing to run my first ever marathon in November. Again, former athlete, so the thought of running distance is absolutely ridiculous and terrifying at the same time, but I’m encouraged knowing there’s a knowledgeable partner to assist me through the journey. As someone who’s spent over 1/2 their lives inside the gym or training for sport I couldn’t began to recommend the services and attention you get at Upgrade Medical. I’d seriously recommend for everyone, rather you’re a beginner in the fitness world, or a seasoned athlete pursuing new goals. I honestly feel as locked in as I did when playing football in college, I know and feel confident in the idea that I can push my in the training realm while having expertise and genuine care in the recovery process in Dr. Chris and Upgrade Medical.

I’ve been a patient of Dr k for 3 years now. He’s gone to bat for me like no one else has. I’m a complex case; mold, EDS, MCAS and Tethered Cord are a few. He’s helped give me quality of life I haven’t had. With his help I’ve also been able to get off and stay off medications that were controlling my life. With MCAS I can’t always get the proper nutrients and supplements I need so having the IV and injection are a life saver!
